I provide individual therapy online to adults and teens (16+) struggling with:

In my practice I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and compassion-focused therapies. My aim as a therapist is to help you build flexibility and self-compassion so that you can move towards what matters to you.

What To Expect in Your First Session

In our first session we will explore what is bringing you into therapy, your background, and what you are hoping therapy will help you with. If you don’t have clear answers to this, that’s okay! It might be something we figure out along the way.

I always aim to meet you where you are at, and go at a pace that feels comfortable to you.

I work online through Zoom. Which means you can access therapy from the comfort of your own home. Online therapy has become increasingly popular in today’s world. Studies have shown that the effectiveness is no different than in person therapy.
